Saint Lucia Creole Month Festival

Saint Lucia’s Creole Heritage Month is an annual celebration of the island’s French Creole culture, first observed in 1981.

This month-long event features music, dance, cuisine, art, and various cultural expressions. It highlights Saint Lucia’s rich cultural, ethnic, and artistic heritage through performances, seminars, lectures, culinary experiences, street parties, and art exhibitions.

The festival culminates on the last weekend of October with Creole Day (Jounen Kweyol), celebrated across various communities on the island.
