Barbados Food and Rum Festival

Barbados is the setting for the Barbados Food and Rum Festival, where the island’s food culture, rum heritage and creativity come together.
Under the theme “Barbados is on the menu” the festival invites visitors to taste the island itself through its warmth, history and flavour. Each plate is designed to honour Barbados’ culinary traditions while also showcasing modern twists created by some of the island’s top chefs.
The programme also celebrates rum with pairings and cocktails that reflect the versatility of the spirit and the creativity of Barbados’ mixologists.
