Non pas parce que la navigation n'est pas bonne, mais parce qu'il se passe quelque chose \u00e0 terre qu'il ne faut pas manquer. Dans les \u00eeles Ca\u00efmans, ce moment arrive en mai, avec le Cayman Carnival Batabano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanc\u00e9 en 1983 par le Rotary Club de Grand Cayman, Batabano est le carnaval national des \u00eeles Ca\u00efmans. Il a lieu chaque ann\u00e9e au d\u00e9but de la saison de nidification des tortues, une p\u00e9riode importante pour les \u00eeles. <strong>Le nom lui-m\u00eame vient d'un mot local d\u00e9crivant les traces laiss\u00e9es dans le sable par les tortues de mer lorsqu'elles reviennent sur le rivage pour nicher<\/strong>. Rep\u00e9rer ces traces est depuis longtemps une raison de faire la f\u00eate ici, et cet esprit se retrouve tout au long du carnaval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arrivant par la mer pendant Batabano, on ressent rapidement le changement d'atmosph\u00e8re. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caribbean-multihulls.com\/fr\/evenements\/categorie\/carnavals-des-caraibes\/\">Carnaval dans les Cara\u00efbes<\/a> est toujours un m\u00e9lange vibrant de musique, de danse et d'histoire, mais ici, il refl\u00e8te quelque chose d'unique. Les \u00eeles Ca\u00efmans abritent plus de 100 nationalit\u00e9s, et cette diversit\u00e9 est visible partout - dans les rythmes, les costumes et l'\u00e9nergie des rues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le point culminant est le d\u00e9fil\u00e9. Des milliers de personnes se rassemblent, habitants et visiteurs confondus, pour participer \u00e0 une f\u00eate qui devient de plus en plus \u00e9labor\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e. Les costumes sont audacieux et color\u00e9s, les chor\u00e9graphies envahissent les rues et les chars d\u00e9filent dans une d\u00e9monstration continue de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'un spectacle \u00e0 regarder, vous en faites partie d\u00e8s que vous entrez dans la ville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Batabano est plus qu'une f\u00eate. C'est une fa\u00e7on pour l'\u00eele de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer son environnement, d'exprimer sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et m\u00eame d'attirer l'attention sur des questions sociales, tout en unissant les gens. Et du point de vue d'un marin, c'est l'une de ces rares exp\u00e9riences qui vous rend heureux d'\u00eatre venu \u00e0 terre.<\/p>\n\n\n<div  class=\"tribe-block tribe-block__organizer__details
