Trawler catamaran - HIGHLAND 35 Pilot

A fuel-efficient, offshore power catamaran

The HIGHLAND 35 power catamaran is the result of a new generation of trawlers launched by the Fountaine Pajot shipyard. Ergonomic design and beautiful styling are by Oliver Flahault and are innovations on the present trawler market. The Highland 35 is a very comfortable vessel, but can handle rough seas with confidence.

Featuring a vast aft cockpit, very light and airy with open plan communication between the cockpit and the saloon, the HIGHLAND 35 has spacious cabins with impressive volumes for her size. The HIGHLAND 35 power catamaran's fly-bridge can seat 6 people and has a very large sunbathing mattress. Once again, the yard’s successful principle applies - the cockpit is reserved for leisure and entertaining while the cabins in the passageways afford privacy. The owner’s suite to starboard with separate bathroom facilities with two double cabins to port, confirming the yard’s wish to offer a high level comfort for owners and their guests. The Duo has a double cabin in each hull, along with separate bathrooms and storage space.

The HIGHLAND 35 is a trawler catamaran. This means greater stability, improved safety and a longer range, with excellent performance at sea. With 40% reduction in fuel consumption: to reach the same speed as the HIGHLAND 35 Pilot with its 75hp motors, a single-hull boat of the same size would need engines twice as large.
